2 There are NO COSTS to you for our services to help you find a property via this site. We have chosen to work with only SELECT estate agents and they pay us from their earnings.

You will note that from time to time there may be a few properties that some owners wish to sell directly via this website, and again there are no costs to you as a buyer. In instances with either estate agents, other agents or direct owner sales, the role of Mallorca Living will not be as agent, but will remain as PUBLICIZER and INTRODUCER only, and you as (potential) purchaser must contract directly with them and obtain all relevant information to your own satisfaction.
